This page explains how to delete your AeroCut account and the data associated with it. AeroCut is developed by Aerojays Design LLC.
How to request account deletion
- Email ej@aerojaysdesign.com from the email address you use to sign in to AeroCut.
- Use the subject line "Delete my AeroCut account".
- We confirm the request and delete the account. Requests are completed within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
We ask you to send the request from your sign-in email so we can be sure the request is really coming from you.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following:

Nothing is retained after deletion other than what we are required to keep by law. We do not keep a backup copy of your client book, and we do not sell or transfer your data to anyone.
Deleting some data without deleting your account
You do not have to delete your whole account to remove information. You can do any of the following yourself, and each one deletes that data permanently:
- Delete a client: open the client in the Clients tab and delete them. Their name, phone number, email, birthday, cut notes, music preference and photos are removed permanently.
- Cancel an appointment: cancel it in the app, or the client can cancel using the link on their booking confirmation.
- Remove a barber or chair: delete it from the Chairs section, along with its hours and time off.
- Remove a service, supplier or supply record: delete it from the matching tab.
If you would rather we delete specific data for you, email ej@aerojaysdesign.com with the subject "Delete my AeroCut data" and tell us what to remove. We handle these requests within 30 days and keep nothing afterwards beyond what the law requires.
If you are a client, not a barber
Clients who book an appointment do not have an AeroCut account — your name and phone number are stored in your barber's client book. To have your information removed, ask your barber directly, or email ej@aerojaysdesign.com and we will pass the request to the shop that holds your record.
